In this image it shows workers putting up a huge painting. When you look at it up close you may think that the artist photoshopped the man in there. The size can change a lot about an image. I would say the area is very urban or industrial because it looks as if they are hanging this painting in a museum and those are in cities most of the time. The girl looks very sad or worried in the photo. Considering that the girl looks sad or concerned in this picture i would say that "The Last Girl" means that maybe she is the last girl left or maybe even the last girl to deal with or go through something big.
