1) I would describe minimalism as very simple. The picture could have only one thing in it but it could have a very deep meaning.
This photo could have many meanings. It is very simple because it is a person walking also it is in black and white and it me that make a photo have a bigger impact.
This is a black and white photo of a bird flying this could mean anything like the bird is free and so are you or something like that. Also, it is minimalist because the bird is the only thing in the image.
This is just a single image of a door and the door is the only thing in the image.
